Our 2024 Mimosas in the Park vendors represent a vibrant mix of local artisans, handmade makers, and creative entrepreneurs, each bringing something unique to enhance your experience. From handcrafted goods and boutique fashion to gourmet treats and refreshing beverages, our vendors are carefully curated to offer the best of our community.

Join us for Mimosas in the Park – Kansas City's premier outdoor brunch and shopping experience! We’re looking for high-quality vendors to be part of this exciting event, bringing together food, drinks, music, and shopping in a vibrant atmosphere.

Vendor Opportunities

  • Vendor Fee: $200 (includes a white 10x10 tent)

  • Table Rental Available: $12 per table (optional)

  • Target Audience: Our audience is mostly Gen X and Millennial women who love shopping local, discovering unique finds, and enjoying a fun day out with friends. It's a great crowd for vendors looking to connect with engaged, supportive shoppers.

  • We will share your business information on our social media and website. 

Vendor Requirements

We are looking for vendors that align with our audience and meet the following criteria:

  • Businesses must be based in the Kansas City metropolitan area or directly support the local community.

  • Vendors must provide high-quality photos/videos for our marketing efforts.

  • No MLM (multi-level marketing) businesses will be accepted.

Application & Acceptance Process

We will review applications in three rounds:

  • Round 1: Apply by April 18, 2025 → Notifications sent by April 25

  • Round 2: Apply by May 16, 2025 → Notifications sent by May 23

  • Round 3: Rolling acceptance after May 23, based on availability

Final payment is required three months before the event. Vendors must sign their contract within 48 hours of acceptance and pay the deposit within 7 days to secure their spot.

Booth Assignments & Setup

  • Booth assignments will be shared two weeks before the event.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows.

  • Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event.
