Our event, set amidst the scenic beauty of Theis Park, promises a boho wonderland atmosphere, complete with live music, local vendors, and, of course, refreshing mimosas. As a non-food vendor, you have the opportunity to showcase your unique products and services to our vibrant audience. With an expected attendance of around 850+ people, you'll have the chance to engage with a diverse crowd!

Our event promises a boho-inspired ambiance, live music, and, of course, refreshing mimosas, offering the perfect backdrop for your culinary delights.
Here's what you need to know to join us:
All Vendors
Read over the information and then fill out the form, below!
Booth Details
Each vendor will receive a 10x10 tented area.

There will be a back wall for all the tents.

We will give a small discount to vendors with their own white tents.

Vendors will receive six general admission tickets.

Please make sure that your space meets the boho theme.

Electricity can also be provided for an additional fee.

Access to water is available; vendors must transport water to their space.
Vendors are responsible for their setup and tear down of the booths.

Setup begins Saturday at 7:00 AM. Please coordinate if you require more than two hours for setup once approved.

Vendors will be assigned spaces two weeks before the event.

Each vendor is responsible for trash from their booth.

No driving/moving of vehicles on festival grounds 30 minutes before until 30 minutes after festival hours.

No vendor vehicles will be parked inside barricades during operating hours.
Leaving the event early or abandoning your booth may forfeit future participation.

All booths must be manned at all times; abandoned booths may be reassigned.

Exhibitors must be set up and present during all hours open to the public.
Location
The event will take place at Theis Park. Theis Park is located at 4701 Oak Street. This is directly across the street from the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
Marketing Materials
We ask each vendor to commit to sending over high-quality marketing materials such as photos or videos of your offerings.
Food Permits
A temporary food permit is required for all Food Vendors from the Kansas City, Mo., Health Department.
Vendor Selection
Application acceptance will be based on the order of receipt, the variety of products offered, affordability, and the overall appearance of your vendor space.
Vendor Fees
The vendor fee for non-food vendors is $200. The fee for food vendors is $250.
Payment and Refund Policy
Vendors are required to pay a $150 fee within 48 hours of approval. The final payment is due June 1st. There are no refunds for vendors who do not show.
Food Permit Required
All food vendors must obtain a temporary food permit from the Kansas City, MO, Health Department. Please allow at least 30 days for application processing.
No MLM companies accepted.
